2. How can I track my shipment?
Shipment status can be checked through our Shipment Tracking page using the tracking number provided after shipment.
Simply enter the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to view the latest shipment status.
3. What shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily work with USPS (United States Postal Service) for U.S. deliveries and YunExpress for international shipments. In certain cases, we may use other carrier partners when necessary to support delivery efficiency.
4. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery usually ranges from 6–12 business days, depending on destination and carrier handling.
5. Why hasn’t my tracking status updated yet?
Tracking updates may be delayed due to carrier processing, transit delays, transfers between carriers, or customs clearance for international shipments. Tracking information typically updates once the package reaches the next carrier facility or clears customs.
6. How are payments processed?
All payments are securely processed through PayPal. Customers may pay using a PayPal account or a credit or debit card accepted by PayPal. We does not store payment details.
